  (Bill) William T. Thursby is the President and Founder of Thursby Software.  Before starting the company in 1986, he was with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), where he held various North American and international management roles, and at Texas Instruments.  He holds BS in Physiology and MS in Computer Science degrees from Michigan State University.   Bill is a passionate aviation enthusiast.

  Paul Nelson serves as Chief Technology Officer for Thursby Software.   Prior to joining the company in 1988, Paul held engineering roles with RDA and Boeing.  He holds a BS degree in Physics from Michigan State University.  Paul is an off road vehicle aficionado and involved in a number of charitable initiatives.

• Director of Support

  

  Carl Ketterling is the director of worldwide support for Thursby Software.   Prior to joining the company, in 1992, he held a similar role at Alisa Systems.   He holds various technical certifications and a BA degree in Mathematics from Eastern Montana College.  Carl has a passion for solving problems and helping clients.  He is also an off road vehicle devotee.

• Director of Sales & Marketing

  

  Simon Hartley is the director of worldwide sales and marketing for Thursby Software.  Prior to joining the company in 2010, he held various North American and international sales and management roles at Red Hat, Hewlett-Packard and CGE&Y, was a hedge fund manager and partner in a $50-million dot com.   He holds a BSc degree in Physics from Manchester University, with graduate studies in French and Management at Stendhal and Cornell Universities.   Simon is a life-long advocate of new technologies.
