Enterprise products
No server software is required. We count all iMac, MacBooks, Minis etc. the same, irrespective of architecture of processors, cores etc.
Educational & non-profit pricing
Accredited educational and non-profit institutions qualify for special pricing
Consumer products
Our consumer Mac products are geared towards individuals buying for their personal use in single copies without a separate maintenance agreement.
Online sales

The eStore covers only small quantities, 1 to 25 licenses

The vast majority of our clients buy in site or volume licenses for 50 to several thousands of Macs
Electronic delivery

Our preferred method of delivery is electronic since it is faster, avoids shipping charges and is greener

We do still offer DVDs but typically only by special request, or in international markets to meet local expectations
Training & services

Additional training and professional services are typically not required since we work hard to build our experience into the software and its setups directly
Enterprise maintenance - support and upgrade agreement (SUA)
- Technical support by Mac-Windows specialists directly to level 2 and 3 support over the phone or via email from the US
- All updates
- All upgrades, including Mac OS X 10.7 Lion
Enterprise site or volume license agreement (VLA)
VLA are the preferred vehicle for enterprise clients, beginning at 50 Macs (although recommended from 35 or so Macs because of the simplicity of management)

- Simplify deployment with included tools for ADmitMac
- Compatible with popular Mac deployment tools such as Casper, FileWave, DeployStudio, ARD etc.

Enterprise licenses
Registered enterprise licenses without enterprise maintenance, or with expired maintenance include -
- 30-day installation support from the date of product purchase only
- All updates within the current product version
- No upgrades to the next major product version e.g. Mac OS X 10.7 Lion
Enterprise free trials
We provide full-featured, fully documented free-trials of of our enterprise products with free pre-sales support.
The trial versions are identical to site licenses to facilitate testing of deployment, maintenance and scalability.

Payment
Payment can be accepted via wire transfer, Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT), Automated Clearing House (ACH), checks (cheques), Amex, MasterCard, PayPal, or Visa.
