Support and Upgrade Agreement
The standard 12-month Support and Upgrade Agreement (SUA), often called “maintenance”, includes direct product support by Mac-Windows specialists and access to all product updates and upgrades.
Licenses
Registered license holders without an active Support and Upgrade Agreement (SUA) are entitled to 30-day installation support from the date of product purchase only. Upgrades to the next major product version are not included.
Evaluations
We provide free, full-featured evaluation copies of our products along with direct evaluation/pre-sales support by our Mac-Windows specialists so that our clients can ensure that everything works as expected in their specific environments.
Educational Pricing
Accredited educational institutions qualify for educational pricing.
Non-Profit Pricing
Accredited non-profit institutions qualify for non-profit pricing.
International Distributors and Resellers
We have a network of international distributors and resellers that facilitate local business with our products.
Volume License Agreement
Volume License Agreements (VLA), often called “site” licenses, have several advantages. A product is licensed for an entire department, group, site, or national or international sites with no individual keys. Deployment tools are included to facilitate rollout on a volume scale for ADmitMac. For VLA customers, license, Support and Update Agreement (SUA) management and growth are greatly simplified.
Pricing
Our products are geared towards enterprise clients, with price reductions growing both by numbers of licenses and duration of the Support and Upgrade Agreement (SUA). A standard SUA is 12-months but the period can be prepaid up to 36-months.
