Using R2S to access Email (Navy East and Navy West)

NMCI has recently made some changes to the OWA Email servers that Navy Reserve uses. This has caused some problems with R2S accessing email. The symptoms continue to change daily, and this leads me to believe that changes are still ongoing. Currently, using R2S to access Navy East often times out during work hours in the Eastern Time Zone.

Army's Evaluations Entry System (EES) can no longer be accessed from computers NOT on the .mil network

According to, as of August 2, 2018, the EES website will not longer be accessible from computers that are NOT on a .mil network (example: Personal computers at home). For more information, please visit this link
