Accessing Navy Email (Navy East and Navy West)

NMCI has recently made some changes to the OWA Email servers that Navy and Navy Reserve uses. This has caused some problems with R2S or Sub Rosa apps accessing email. The symptoms continue to change daily, and this leads me to believe that changes are still ongoing. Currently, using a Thursby app to access Navy East often times out during work hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
