Re: New DTS Error

prm2002,

If you are still seeing a dbsign error code, I would recommend reaching out to their support desk http://www.dbsign.com/support

Please let me know if you are seeing a non dbsign error message.

Re: New DTS Error

prm2002,

The error you are encountering is a DBsign error. The java applet isn't able to launch because Safari is not properly configured to allow java. Please see this page for configuring Safari.

Re: Navy ERP Can Not Conect

goughrmak, To my knowledge, those time management pages are powered by Citrix. Please let me know if that is no longer the case. Unfortunately, this means that this request can't be fulfilled by our app without direct support from the Navy. If that support can be provided, then we could try to launc...

This issue is being handled by our Support group directly with the customer. We will update this post once a resolution has been made.

In the meantime, if you are able to access TAMIS on either Android or iOS using Sub Rosa please share that information here.

Adam,

This behavior appears to be due to a DNS issue. Please refer to this FAQ entry for details.

Re: Mail not working - keeps asking for PIN

charles.beyer,

Do you get the same prompt for a PIN if you try accessing Navy east?

If not, do you receive an error message?

Re: Mail not working - keeps asking for PIN

charles.beyer,

Are you selecting a certificate when you attempt to log into webmail? If so, which certificate?

Are you using a Dual Persona CAC?

Which webmail url are you using?

Re: I can only access https sites

strider7476, I have not seen any reports similar to this issue. It does not sound like it is related to PKard, but it could be an issue in Keychain Access. Please open Applications>Utilities>Keychain Access. Click on Keychain Access in the menu bar and select Keychain First Aid from the dropdown men...
