Re: Can no longer log in after receiving a new CAC

goquhaqi, Unfortunately it is not possible to publish your certificates to the GAL using a Mac, and the only known ways is use Outlook on a PC. The only workaround that I can come up with would be to export your certificates to a .cer format, then email them to your email administrator letting them ...

Re: Office 365 OWA Not Functional

pkiAK,

We are currently working on an update to Sub Rosa that includes support for Office 365. I will send an email from our Support Database that includes a call number, and we'll be reaching out for beta testers once there is something public.

Re: Unable to select a certificate

After some extensive testing with multiple web browsers, on multiple operating system types and versions, we have been able to reproduce the problem and found that the ability to log into TAMIS appears to be designed to specific Windows-based web browsers. For future readers: If you are a TAMIS user...

Re: How to Sign An NCOER using a Thursby and an iPad

Jeff,

What happens when you attempt to get to the EES link? Are you prompted to choose a certificate, or is an error presented?

Re: Can't use PKard on Mac OS Mavericks

hoyyannet,

What is the make and model of your CAC reader?

Prior to using PKard for Mac, did you try any other CAC enabling software?

Re: Access Policy Evaluation is already in progress for your current session

hfeigel, This is an issue with the Navy email servers and is affecting all NMCI users, including those using Windows computers. As a workaround, you may have a better chance of getting into your email by disabling our Enhanced OWA Client within Sub Rosa Pro's Settings. With this disabled, you will n...

Re: Yay!!! DTS now available on R2S...but how do I upload travel receipts/documents?

navy1655, Unfortunately, we are limited in the support we can offer for DTS as they have put certain restraints on what you can and cannot do from a mobile web browser. I suggest that you reach out to the Navy Reserves Help Desk to see if they can offer more insight on if this is something you shoul...

Re: No access to any CAC websites

Michael, THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for this. This was the issue that kept me from accessing CAC-enabled websites. I've been trying for a whole week to figure out what is wrong with my CAC readers x2, MBA, etc., and come to find out, it was my AVG antivirus software. I thought I was going crazy following...

Radidio,

Which AF webmail are you connecting to?

What happens when you try to send an email, do you get an error message?

Re: Nothing works!

hobbz, First, if you are using macOS High Sierra, then you will not be able to complete the PKard Assistant due to a bug that was introduced with this OS release. At this point, we do not recommend that you rely on the PKard Assistant to tell you whether or not your CAC is working in the reader. The...
