I'm not aware of any logging that takes place in that directory by our product. Which logs, specifically, are you referring to?

The Thursby CAC readers were never intended to work on desktop computers. There is a chance that it may work on Windows, or on a Mac with our PKard for Mac software, but this is not a supported configuration.

Drcruiser, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. This is a new issue that has cropped up with NSIPS that our engineering group is addressing. We will reach out to your from our support database regarding the progress of this is issue when updates are available from engineering. - Michael

Wdallison, Were you prompted to choose a certificate? If not, make sure you Quit Chrome, and then reopen the app. Your CAC needs to be in the reader prior to launching Google Chrome, or else it won't know to use it.
