Drcruiser, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. This is a new issue that has cropped up with NSIPS that our engineering group is addressing. We will reach out to your from our support database regarding the progress of this is issue when updates are available from engineering. - Michael

Wdallison, Were you prompted to choose a certificate? If not, make sure you Quit Chrome, and then reopen the app. Your CAC needs to be in the reader prior to launching Google Chrome, or else it won't know to use it. wdallison, If you have received a new CAC, then you will want to delete the cached data from your previous CAC. mjruss, At this time there is an issue with the method by which our Enhanced OWA Client uses to authenticate with the Air Force Office 365 space. ActivClient does exist for the Mac and can be purchased through Tx Systems. Alternatively, you can use our PKard for Mac software which is supported by Thursby Software Systems at no additional cost.
