Re: Won't read card

escobedoma,

Which version of iOS is on your phone? Does the blue light ever flicker when you first insert your CAC into the reader? Does your CAC work on a Windows computer?

Re: Open in New Tab

gumby,

If the link on a page contains "target=_blank" in the HTML code, then the page should be opened in a new tab. Are you running into a situation where pages you expect to be opened in a new tab don't? If so, what site are you on?

Re: No client Certificate Presented

stefspx, A few different things could be going on here. First, confirm that you see your CAC ID within the Keychains section on the left side of the Keychain Access window. Next, if you are using Safari v12, this version has problems using smart card certificates, both with PKard and Apple's smartca...

Re: No access to any CAC websites

seaphill, I have a couple of forum posts that I would like you to take a look at. The first of which is a forum post regarding the CAC certificates in your Keychain. Please make sure you have all of the apporpriate DoD certificates within your Keychain, and that you have trusted all of the Root CA's...

Re: macOS Mojave Support

DaAaron, Until macOS Mojave is released, we cannot officially support this version of the Mac OS. If you are seeing old PIV data, then there is a possibility that residual tokencache is getting in the way. I suggest that you take a look at this forum post and use the Terminal commands to remove the ...

Re: Access Policy Evaluation is already in progress for your current session

hfeigel, Sub Rosa is designed to automatically choose the Email Signing certificate on your CAC for you, which is why you may only see a PIN prompt. We have also confirmed that this problem is affecting browsers on Windows computers; we have tested our own Navy contractor CAC's and it took around 15...

Re: Can no longer log in after receiving a new CAC

goquhaqi, Unfortunately it is not possible to publish your certificates to the GAL using a Mac, and the only known ways is use Outlook on a PC. The only workaround that I can come up with would be to export your certificates to a .cer format, then email them to your email administrator letting them ...

Re: Office 365 OWA Not Functional

pkiAK,

We are currently working on an update to Sub Rosa that includes support for Office 365. I will send an email from our Support Database that includes a call number, and we'll be reaching out for beta testers once there is something public.

Re: Unable to select a certificate

After some extensive testing with multiple web browsers, on multiple operating system types and versions, we have been able to reproduce the problem and found that the ability to log into TAMIS appears to be designed to specific Windows-based web browsers. For future readers: If you are a TAMIS user...
