Re: Admit Mac Login is Slow

I cannot find any information for "concede macintosh" online. Can you provide a company name, product name, and URL to their website so that I can research the product?

Re: License Tracking

ADmitMac will not display the license code once it has been entered, but does show the Serial Number in the Info tab of the ADmitMac Network Utility (/Applications/Utilities/). If you have the list correlating the Serial Number and License Code, this may help. If you've lost your list of licenses, p...

Re: New IPad Pro 11 Inch Compatibility

This is not a software problem that can simply be patched by Thursby. From our testing, it appears that while the iPad Pro has a USB-C connector, it still requires the Apple Authentication chip that was introduced with the Lightning connector. We are working within Apple's MFi program to get an Appl...

Re: Pop-up blocker

This issue was introduced when NSIPS updated their site recently. They included some JavaScript that revealed a bug in R2S (and Sub Rosa) on iOS. We are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. If you would like to be contacted when an update is available, email details about the problem (NSIP...

Re: New IPad Pro 11 Inch Compatibility

We do plan on supporting this device. We know that a standard USB-C reader will not work with the new iPad Pro. We have tested the TSS-PK7 (our iOS plug-in reader with lightning connector) with USB-C adapters and unfortunately they do not work. We are working to develop a solution for the iPad Pro, ...

Re: Cannot connect to DEE OWA

The evaluation software runs for 3 days giving you time to activate the evaluation. Your evaluation email should have a URL that you click to activate the license. You would get that email from our evaluation page https://www.thursby.com/evaluations. If that doesn't resolve the problem, please let u...

Re: Imaging CAC Card/Certificates

No, that is not possible. The genius of the card is that the private information cannot be copied from the card ... ever. If you wanted a copy of the card, you would need to get the certificates from the original source or generate new certificates that matched. This idea has been discussed in great...

Re: Navy ERP Can Not Conect

I tried to connect to the URL above as well as https://ep.erp.navy.mil which appears to be the login, and I can't connect from my desktop or my mobile device. Is that URL reachable from the Internet? Or is it possibly having problems now?

Re: Access Policy Evaluation is already in progress for your current session

Because this affects all R2S users, NMCI is actively working with Navy Reserve Forces Command to get this resolved.

For now, make sure that you are using Sub Rosa or Sub Rosa Pro v4.0.4. Email access will likely work outside of normal working hours when the servers are less busy.

Re: Pop-up blocker

R2S does not have a popup blocker, so if you're seeing a message about that, or if you're expecting a window to open that doesn't, please provide as much information as possible so that we can reproduce the problem and fix it. Specifically, I'd like to know the page that has the link that fails and ...
