The evaluation software runs for 3 days giving you time to activate the evaluation. Your evaluation email should have a URL that you click to activate the license. No, that is not possible. The genius of the card is that the private information cannot be copied from the card ... ever. If you wanted a copy of the card, you would need to get the certificates from the original source or generate new certificates that matched. This idea has been discussed in great...

I tried to connect to the URL above as well as https://ep.erp.navy.mil which appears to be the login, and I can't connect from my desktop or my mobile device. Is that URL reachable from the Internet? Or is it possibly having problems now?

Because this affects all R2S users, NMCI is actively working with Navy Reserve Forces Command to get this resolved.

For now, make sure that you are using Sub Rosa or Sub Rosa Pro v4.0.4. Email access will likely work outside of normal working hours when the servers are less busy.

We believe this started when NMCI change the load balancers for the Navy OWA. We are working with the Navy Reserve's R2S team and NMCI trying to get this resolved. Our experience is that this problem happens less often outside of normal work hours.

Initially, Navy Reserve requested that we not allow printing from our app. We did that. Recently they've asked us to allow printing but not saving of data to the phone. If that is possible, it will be implemented in an upcoming release.

It sounds like you have a dual persona card, and by default, Sub Rosa and Sub Rosa Pro do not enable dual persona support.
