Re: Unable to print or download attachments

estradaa,

The ability to print is not in the current version of R2S due to the requirements set by the Navy Reserve. This is something that is being discussed for a future update.

Please try these steps: - Launch Sub Rosa Pro - Click the three-dot menu, then choose Settings - Click both Clear Certificates and Clear Client Certificates - Back out of the Settings - Try connecting to the site. Re: Sub Rosa Does Not Read CAC

fmchisham,

Can you tell me if you are getting the status icon in the upper left of the Sub Rosa browser window when you connect the reader and/or insert your card?

Re: USAF New Mail.Mil Issue

ngoclinh23, Some users will need to use the "PIV Authentication" cert to access mail. In order to allow that cert to be shown, you'll need to go into the Sub Rosa Settings, then choose Advanced and toggle "Enable CAC Dual Persona" on. Once you've done that, you should be able to try connecting to ht...

Re: Enterprise email "session could not be established"

Unfortunately, the best suggestion will be to contact the Enterprise HelpDesk with the Reference ID for the error. This suggestion comes from a member of the help desk team.

Re: Enterprise email "session could not be established"

Joyce, It sounds like you have done a lot of the troubleshooting already, so thanks for describing what you have tried. When trying to access web.mail.mil and getting the "Big-IP" or "F5" error, there should be a link to start a new session. Please try that, and it should take you back to the consen...

mm923448, It appears that the Droid Turbo 2 requires an OTG cable or adapter in order to use external devices like the card reader. For more information on USB Host Mode support, please see the article on http://rfexplorer.com/usb-host-mode/ Regards, Jim Thomas Senior Support Specialist Thursby Soft...

Re: Possible to have macOS require a smart card?

surferDan, In the past, our ADmitMac PKI software was able to allow you to log in to an Active Directory account using a certificate from a CAC or PIV. In some cases, users were able to get the YubiKey to work in this environment, but it did require that the Active Directory and PKI infrastructure a...

Re: Cannot login to my.af.mil AF Portal

dimaria, The card reader will sometimes be the biggest hurdle. If you have an older SCM reader, like the SCR 331, you will need to check the firmware version. Here's how: - Go to the Apple and choose "About this Mac" - Click "System Report" - On the left, click USB - In the top section, click on "SC...

Migrating from ADmitMac to Apple's Active Directory

We expect to be having a lot of customers asking about migrating from ADmitMac to Apple's AD due to our "end of life" announcement. I wanted to go over the problems that customers may see and the steps to try to mitigate those problems. The primary problem a customer will run into will be the differ...
