Murphy, Someone else reported that their browser crashes sometimes. We're looking into the cause, and you should send an email to support@thursby.com with details so that the problem is logged in our support database. However, the customer could work around the crash (sometimes) but removing the CAC...

While PKard does not install any software specific to email, PKard does install a new Tokend that will support more/newer cards; and that alone may allow your email client to work with with the card you were issued.

We support signing and encryption if the smart card supports these operations and contains the appropriate certificates. How to configure Entourage or Exchange is beyond the scope of support we provide for PKard, however, you should be able to figure this out for yourself or obtain help from Microso...
