The price for Sub Rosa on Android and iOS is roughly the same -- on iOS, the cost of the license is rolled into the card reader hardware that's required while on Android, we charge for the software license and let you use whatever card reader you'd like. Yes, the Navy Reserve has chosen to purchase ...

Re: USMC Email inaccessible

If your issues is simply that you don't have access to the correct links, please reach out to the Navy Reserve Help Desk at r2s@navy.mil. They manage the back end of the product as well as all of the links that are listed.

Re: Device not accessible

Most of the time, "device not supported" is given when the connection is poorly made. Check the Lightning connector and blow out any dust. If the problem continues, contact us with your personal information, and we'll see about getting you a replacement.

Re: DTS access

Re: Unable to access email - ongoing

First, having to pick your own certs is a bug in our software, and we're working to get that fixed. We know what certs most sites use, and we should pick them for you (sorry about that). For NMCI, use your ID cert. For almost every other site (including R2S and NMCI webmail), use your Email cert. We...

Re: Samsung Galaxy S8 and USB-C

That's good information. The adapter -- USB-C male to USB-A female -- is designed to connect any standard USB accessory. So, for example, if you've forgotten your USB-C reader somewhere and need to use your phone, you could use a desktop card reader.

Re: Navy GAL Access in R2S

Absolutely. Type part of a name, long press the field to get a pop up menu, and on the far right of that menu, you will see "Check Name" which searches the GAL.

Let me know how that works for you.

This is a good reference for future visitors. From page 12 of the Samsung Galaxy S8 User Manual: The Micro-USB connector does not support On-the-Go (OTG) devices such as memory sticks, external hard drives, or keyboard and mouse accessories. http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201704/201704...

Re: Files missing from folder view Windows file share

DAVE uses "Directory Change Notification" to monitor changes on the server. In the past, we've encountered servers that do not support this option, so open windows would not be updated promptly. Without Directory Change Notification, the window would only update whenever the Finder decided to ask th...
