Re: does DAVE11 support SMB2

ADmitMac and DAVE are mature products, and at this time, we do not have any plans to update them to SMB2 or higher.

Re: vMPF in preloaded bookmarks

Thanks for pointing out that images can't be posted by everyone. I believe I've corrected that, so if you can't post an image, post a message or contact me directly.

Re: Cannot Open Page

It sounds like everyone may not be having the same issue. Most of the symptoms listed here sound like certificate validation errors. A server certificate is verified every time a connection is made to that server. We've had a couple of reasons for this to happen in R2S, but all of the problems that ...

Re: does DAVE11 support SMB2

ADmitMac PKI, ADmitMac, and DAVE all use the same CIFS ‘backbone’, using our time tested method of connecting to Windows shares. Though there have been a few security concerns as of late that have prompted some organizations to simply disable SMB1 entirely, I’ve been led to believe that there aren’t...

Re: Unable to access any sites

When Sub Rosa won't connect to a web site, do you get an error message? If so, what does it say? If not, what happens when you try to connect?

Re: "Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error"

One thing that I always try is a different browser. Both Google Chrome and Apple's Safari use the Keychain, so either should work. If you can't get one to work, try the other -- even if it's just to see if a different error message might help explain the problem more. Nathan, can you confirm that yo...

Re: web.mail.mil site not moving past welcome screen

No, you don't need to do the settings that Kim had mentioned. She was using those steps for troubleshooting. Are you saying that with "FIPS 140-2 Mode" checked, you can connect and with "FIPS 140-2 Mode" unchecked, you cannot connect? Can you retest that theory for me? I've never heard of a situatio...

Re: web.mail.mil site not moving past welcome screen

I'm glad to hear confirmation that the new version fixed the problem with the welcome screen button. The error, "unable to securely connect", implies that we're using the wrong certificate to connect to OWA. Do you remember which certificate you selected when prompted? Do you know which certificates...

Re: web.mail.mil site not moving past welcome screen

We released 911 a couple of weeks ago, and we later found that it broke the accept button on some sites. The latest release (available a few days ago) is 3.1.3(929). If you check for updates, you should see this kit. Install it and let me know how that works.

Re: web.mail.mil site not moving past welcome screen

What version of the product are you using? We've had a couple of updates recently, and this problem was supposed to be fixed in one.
