Sub Rosa AROWS-R access

Post by Viperdriver007 » Thu Oct 12, 2017 9:24 am

Is it possible to use Sub Rosa to access AROWS-R? I keep getting sent to an error web page saying I need to download IE 6.0 or Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or higher...

Viperdriver007,

For site like AROWS-R that require specific web browsers, our app has a feature that will allow you to change the User Agent of the app. What this does is trick the AROWS server into thinking you are using a browser that it supports. Here are the steps to change the User Agent:

- Open Sub Rosa's Settings
- Scroll down and tap Advanced
- Tap User Agent
- Select an Internet Explorer or Firefox for Windows User Agent
- Exit Settings
- Try logging into AROWS-R

Please let us know if you are able to get in, or if you continue to have trouble.

Glen959,

If you are getting a message that says "Forbidden", then it would appear you may chosen the wrong certificate. When you were prompted, which cert did you choose? When was the last time you logged into AROWS from any computer?
