Wrong Pin / Token Failure

When accessing https://web.mail.mil or any other Enterprise Email variant (i.e. https://web-mont04.mail.mil/owa), using Sub Rosa, we are having issues utilizing the PIV certificate. Sub Rosa gives a "Wrong Pin. Token Failure" message. We have tried with 2 different iPad Airs 15A432. Below some information:

1. iPad Airs were reset to factory settings and are running iOS 11.0.3 (15A432). The only additional application added is Sub Rosa 4.0.1 (8787).
2. Both iPad Airs have their own separate Thursby TSS-PK7 CAC Readers which were recently procured.
3. The error was repeated 3 times, using 3 different PIV CACs, on both devices.
4. Web applications that use the Identity or Email Signing certificate don't seem to have an issue. However, those that have PIV certs can only access their Enterprise Email via https://web.mail.mil with their PIV cert, and so this causes an issue.

iPad Air Information:

iPad Air 15A432 32GB
iOs 11.0.3 (15A432)

This was due to my own lack of reading and/or searching.

On the Sub Rosa App

Going to the Gear Icon>Advanced> and toggling the Enable CAC Dual Persona option solved this.

So far, no further issues.
