How to Sign An NCOER using a Thursby and an iPad

I can get to AKO just fine from my iPad with Thursby CAC reader, but I can’t get to the EES link to sign an NCOER. What am I doing wrong?

Jeff,

What happens when you attempt to get to the EES link? Are you prompted to choose a certificate, or is an error presented?

I am having the same issue. When I click on the EES link it says could not connect because connection has been lost.

Hi Garcia8053,

According to https://militarycac.com/ees.htm, if you login to AKO via your CAC https://www.us.army.mil, then open a 2nd tab and go to https://evaluations.hrc.army.mil it should log you in. Give that a try and let me know if it helps.

Yes, the pop-up blocker problem is a known issue. This issue was introduced when NSIPS updated their site recently. They included some JavaScript that revealed a bug in Sub Rosa (and R2S) on iOS. We are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. If you would like to be contacted when an update is available, email details about the problem (NSIPS, Popup Blocked!) to our support group (support@thursby.com), and we'll send you an email when this is fixed.
