web.mail.mil Invalid session ID

Post by michaelwolfe » Thu Dec 04, 2014 3:34 pm

We have received a few reports that users attempting to log into the Army Enterprise Email are getting an F5 page with an error message. Our contact at militaryCAC.com states that he has received several reports of this error from Windows users as well as Mac users. You can try using the "Try again" button to see if you are able to login, or try again at a later time. We recommend that you contact the Army Enterprise Service Desk at 866-335-2769 and let them know they are having problems.

UPDATE:

If you have been able to log into the Army Enterprise Email with PKard Reader, but are now finding to have some difficulty due to the F5 error then I suggest that you tap the gear icon to open Settings, then tap Clear Cookies and Data. The Army Service Desk reports that this may be a cookie related issue.

I am using Windows 10 64bit Dell laptop E7470 model. I brought out my iAuthenticate CAC reader P/N 905379 using the Apple adapter to connect to my iPhone 6S Plus. Well, have not been able to log into any CAC enabled website. This setup worked fine using my old iPhone over a year or so ago. I am using the PKard Reader App 2.2.2 (6738) firmware version 0.94.0, hardware version 0.10.0.
I see the certificates. Then the OCSP query in progress appears several times and finally get the PKard cant open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to server.
Here is my dilemma her in South Korea working fro the US Govt...we are transitioning our Blackberry inventory to the iPhone / Android. Well, you obviously know what is the most popular, the iPhone. Issue with this is we are only able to get the iPhone 6 for our users. I am talking about a lot of users here in Korea. Hint hint...
When will we be able to use the iPhone 6 with your software? Do we need to go to another CAC reader?

The problem with the Sub Rosa app is email does not work. It continuously comes up with a bad server. I was able to get on using the PKard Thursby software but going beta with Sub Rosa threw things into flux. Why does Thursby charge so much for a device/software that apparently is still in the development stage? I am paying to be a test subject all the while the product fails to perform. And I have went through countless diagnostic uploads.

armytruckerssg,

Sub Rosa is still in development and has not been released. The purpose of the open beta is to allow outside users to help us test the product in other environments. The great thing about this testing is our app is being used in production environments and opens up our testing/use case scenarios that we may not have configured in house. If you wish to no longer use the Sub Rosa beta, you can uninstall it from your device, and continue using PKard Reader.
