OWA signature block

Post by jcowens0214 » Tue Nov 15, 2016 11:38 am

If I set up a signature block in outlook does it automatically add it when I access my email through subrosa ? If not, is there a way to add a signature block to my emails that I create and send from subrosa ?

jcowens0214,

Sub Rosa will not automatically add the signature, but if you have one set through OWA, you can select it by pressing the signature button in the new message:

This will allow you to select any signatures you have configured.

I do want to point out that there is a known issue that causes the signature to be inserted at the top of the message instead of the bottom, but this is being worked on and should be in the next update to Sub Rosa.
