Intermittent Error Message

Sometimes things work great but lately, more often than not I get the following message:

PK Card Reader cannot open the page. Smartcard Crypto Operation Failed.

I've seen that same thing with my Tactivo. Removing my smart card and reinserting it seems to resolve the problem temporarily. I've mentioned this to our engineers who are working to address this problem. Let me know if you continue to see this after the next update.

I'm consistently having this issue on my iPad but not on my iPhone. The only way I am able to resolve is to close the app, disconnect the card reader, reconnect and start over again.
