If you have recently purchased a new Precise Biometrics reader you will be required to use the In-App purchase button within PKard Reader settings. The app may not recognize the reader until after you have removed the reader from your iOS device, and plugged it back in. In some cases you may need to force quit PKard Reader, remove your device from the reader, and then relaunch PKard Reader followed by plugging the reader back into your device.
