New Tactivo customers should purchase PKard Pro, but if you had previously done the in-app purchase in PKard Reader, you should be able to get it working again.
If you go back through the process as if you were buying again, you should get an option to "Restore". If you are signed in to the same App Store account that you used to purchase the first time, you will not be charged again.
