Signing Army OER/NCOER on iPad

Post by btrinkle » Fri Oct 17, 2014 8:08 am

Does anyone know if PKard Pro (or any other Thursby software) has the capabilities to open and sign the new OER's or the old NCOER's?

The new OER's are completely online now.

The NCOER's are in an XFDL format.

btrinkle,

PKard Pro is an HTML5 compatible we browser, and should be able to view most document formats. Signing will be a different issue, though. In order to sign, the site would have to present the document in such a way as to allow it - much like DTS and PKard Reader 2.1.4 - or the file would need to be opened in another app. The PKard Toolkit is available to developers so that they can write their apps to access card information, but I don't know that there is an XFDL editor working with the Toolkit at this time.

What application do you use on Windows or Mac to handle those files?
