Navy ERP Can Not Conect

I just purchased a Thursby reader for my Android. The Webmail works great as well as DTS. However, my main purpose for this is to submit my timesheet while away from my desk. Since we use ERP for this, I have tried multiple times to connect to the site. It tells me that it can not make a secure connection.

https://ep.erp.navy.mil/irj/portal

Is there a workaround for this, or some setting I could change to get this to work?

goughrmak,

To my knowledge, those time management pages are powered by Citrix. Please let me know if that is no longer the case.

Unfortunately, this means that this request can't be fulfilled by our app without direct support from the Navy. If that support can be provided, then we could try to launch the Citrix app, but we would need to know the specifics, information that the Navy would have to provide.

I tried to connect to the URL above as well as https://ep.erp.navy.mil which appears to be the login, and I can't connect from my desktop or my mobile device. Is that URL reachable from the Internet? Or is it possibly having problems now?
