Cannot connect to DEE OWA

Cannot connect to DEE OWA

I just installed a trial version of Sub Rosa PRO a couple of days ago. I'm using a Samsung S8 with an SCR3310 v2.0. The past two days of trying, I was getting an "unable to establish a secure connection". It prompted me for my cert and everything. Today I tried to change the FIPS setting. Now I get "Detected an invalid license state.". Please help.

The evaluation software runs for 3 days giving you time to activate the evaluation. Your evaluation email should have a URL that you click to activate the license. You would get that email from our evaluation page https://www.thursby.com/evaluations.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, please let us know.

Thanks Carl. It fixed license issue. Now I'm back to the original issue, "unable to establish a secure connection".

Nak74,

Have you been able to access your mail outside of your work network in the past? Do you know what version of OWA you are using? (Ex: 2010, 2013, 2016) If you immediately refresh the page does it change anything for you? To refresh the page tap the icon that looks like a broken window, then tap the circular arrows icon.
