I get this message and it continuously loops between the banner and the error page. BIG-IP can not find session information in the request. This can happen because your browser restarted after an add-on was installed. If this occurred, click the link below to continue. This can also happen because cookies are disabled in your browser. If so, enable cookies in your browser and start a new session

I have tried many of the recommendations in this forum.

Using a Note 5.

sewussow,

If you open the PKard app, do you see your CAC certificates in the list?

When you attempt to log into your webmail, are you prompted to chooses a certificate?

Which version of PKard and PKard Browser are you using?

sewussow,

It appears that you have chosen the wrong certificate. You will need to chose the Email Signing certificate in order to log into your webmail. In order to choose a new certificate, you will first need to remove the Identity Preference. In PKard Browser, tap your menu button and open Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap "Clear client certificates". Now attempt to log into your webmail and let me know if you still have trouble.

Nothing like responsive customer support, eh? Nobody is getting any answers. Looks like the thing just doesn't work.
