We have received a few reports that users attempting to log into the Army Enterprise Email are getting an F5 page with an error message. Our contact at states that he has received several reports of this error from Windows users as well as Mac users. You can try using the "Try again" button to see if you are able to login, or try again at a later time. We recommend that you contact the Army Enterprise Service Desk at 866-335-2769 and let them know they are having problems.

If you have been able to log into the Army Enterprise Email with PKard Browser, but are now finding to have some difficulty due to the F5 error then I suggest that you open the PKard Browser Settings menu, tap "Secure Reset" and try to log in again.

It appears that this might be a cookie related and a Secure Reset will clear any cookies that have been stored in the browser.
