Has anyone been able to get this software to work? If you have, could you share what settings you are using. All I've seen as far as recommendations from Thursby is for everyone to call the enterprise help desk. As soon as I tell them I'm trying to access my email with my phone, they stop helping.

What kind of issues are you having with your email? Are you prompted to choose a certificate?

There is an outstanding issue with the Army Webmail where you may receive an F5 page. The reason you see this page is because the Army's load balancers between the webmail servers is have trouble passing traffic. The response I have seen from the service desk to is to just click the Try Again button and continue to attempt to log in.
