Error When Trying to Log In

Hello,

When I open the app it used to say "Connecting to R2S" and then take me to the screen to input my PIN. However, now it keeps popping up with the message "Cannot Open Page. R2S cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server." I have tried opening the app on both wifi and cellular data and I have restarted the phone, no joy. Any ideas on how to fix?

The R2S site was down the entire day yesterday. We've had numerous inquiries regarding being unable to login to the R2S app with that error message. Please contact the R2S Team for information regarding the outage at 757-322-2489 or r2s@navy.mil
