Device not accessible

I’m receiving an error on my iPad saying the R2S device is not accessible when I plug it in. I’ve recently upgraded to iOS 11, but I’ve used r2s since then without issues. I restarted my iPad twice. Any help is appreciated

Most of the time, "device not supported" is given when the connection is poorly made. Check the Lightning connector and blow out any dust. If the problem continues, contact us with your personal information, and we'll see about getting you a replacement.
