R2S Issue with Email Navy Europe

When I log into R2S, I am having issue with accessing email for Navy Europe. It opens the Navy Europe application and I can see the Inbox. The mail does not respond to any click. I tried clicking on emails in the Inbox, selecting another folder, and several other functions in the email. What can I do to get the mail Navy Europe to fully work?

This is a very odd behavior and one that I don't believe has been reported. I'd like to get some additional information that may help us troubleshoot the issue.
What is the iOS version that is on your device?
Are you using an iPad or iPhone?
While logged into R2S, drag your screen downward. What is the version that is listed?
If you force close R2S, then open it and try your email again, do you experience the same behavior?
