If you have made an in-app purchase for Tactivo support and you delete the PKard Reader app, when you run PKard Reader again you will be prompted for the in-app purchase. Proceed with the purchase option and enter your Apple App Store information -- YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED. You will receive a message that you have already purchased the item, our app will receive details, and you will be able to use PKard Reader again. Just be sure to use the same App Store account as you used when you made the initial in-app purchase (if you happen to have multiple accounts).

When prompted to purchase the app, you should scroll to the bottom and tap the “Restore Purchase” option at the bottom.
Just make sure that you are using the same Apple ID as the one you used to purchase the app with.
Also, notice that if you purchased the “Pro” version, you should make sure you download the “Pro” version from the App Store (The ‘Pro’ and the ‘non-Pro’ versions are the same app with the same features).

Just a quick clarification: Sub Rosa and Sub Rosa Pro do contain many of the same features, but they are separate apps. Sub Rosa Pro includes support for Tactivo readers, as well as some advanced features for large scale deployment and configurations. Most of our customers will only need Sub Rosa, not the Pro version.

You are correct, though, that if you had purchased support for a Tactivo reader via in-app purchase in "PKard Reader" (Now "Sub Rosa"), you should be able to restore that as long as you are using the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
