There might be an instance where the reader doesn't seem to read your card correctly, but worry not as we have a few steps you can try to get it to work again.
The first step is that you want to verify that the browser is able to see the reader plugged into your iOS device. You should see an icon at the upper left corner of the screen that signifies the reader has been plugged in, see picture below.
If PKard Reader experiences a problem while accessing the card reader or your card, try doing a Secure Reset of the browser by tapping the curved arrow button, then Secure Reset.
The next pictures show that PKard Reader is able to correctly see your reader and card. At this point you should be able to open your bookmarks and select the secure website in which you wish to access.
